Process

1. Assesment of needs
The first step is to identify the goals and desired outcomes for your company with the help of a questionnaire and/or personal encounter. We take into consideration your wishes and needs regarding the place, accommodation and services. All this helps us in the planning of the most suitable program for reaching your targets.›

2. Planning 
In the second step our team presents to you one or more possible programs. Once a project is accepted, we are assigning the trainers, and providing the participants with all the useful information regarding clothes, equipment needed, weather conditions, etc.

3. Implementation 
Implementation consists of the generation of a dynamic, unforgettable experience, built on the method of experiential education. Our highly qualified trainers move the participants out of their comfort zone, assuring safety by strictly following the safety rules.

4. Follow-up 
Follow-up is a half day program, or a one day program, couple of months after the training. In the follow-up we support the group and participants in the process of transferring the outputs, the new behavioural forms into real life. We support the participants to apply them on a daily basis at their workplace. Activities can take place in various locations decided upon agreement, the company’s offices or elsewhere.

A research shows that experiential learning is the most suitable method for developing competencies and skills and for behavioural changes. Our courses assure a safe environment for experiential learning. Participants get feedback on their behavioural patterns, in the meantime they have the chance to try new roles, to develop new or existing skills.

Depending on the specific goals set by each course, the results reached during an Outward Bound training can be the following:

Personal development of the individual 
Participants gain more knowledge about themselves, about their own resources and weaknesses. The experience they shared gives them a motivation and swing to their activity. The efficiency of communication, of transfer of information increases. The team spirit strengthens the loyalty of the employees, helps to identify the common goals, what dominate over stress and frustration at the workplace. All this leads to the development of initiative and creativity.

Getting to know each-other better
Difficult situations create good occasions for participants to learn more about each-other. Activities increase trust, co-workers get closer to each-other.

Better organizational efficiency
The activities allow the participants to move on only by helping each-other - listening to and helping each-other is a must. Thus they will discover that working together makes the way to achievements easier, that selflessness and ambition can co-exist. Obstacles urge participants to develop new skills. They gain useful knowledge about conflict management, communication, therefore conflicts will be solved or at least treated in a more efficient way. Better communication, more attention to each-other, more creative and enthusiastic people, more trust, more harmony between the individuals, the group and the company will increase the efficiency on the level of the company as well. Company values and organizational mission will be better understood. Participants will recognize their place and role in the company, different roles at work will be clarified. For new employees all this will facilitate and speed up the process of integration.
